Love Justice
Last Chance to Sign
Time is running out. You can help ensure Missourians don't have to choose between a paycheck and caring for themselves and their families. The Healthy Families initiative petition will guarantee earned paid leave and a raise in the minimum wage. With enough signatures, this issue will be on the ballot in Missouri in the fall of 2024. If you are a registered Missouri voter, all you have to do is sign the petition. Peace members will be available to take your signature on Sunday mornings before or after the service.
Notarize and Turn in Your Petitions
The deadline for turning in notarized petition sheets to MCU is February 21! Bring your petitions on Sundays, Feb. 4th, 11th, & 18th to have them notarized before or after the service. Were you only able to collect one or two signatures? That's OK. Every single signature counts. Get them notarized so that the Healthy Families initiative will be on the ballot this fall!
